Your Vote MATTERS
Marcia Neumiller is running for Wyoming State Senate District 27 because she believes Wyoming families deserve strong, steady, conservative leadership rooted in real-life experience. Wyoming is where she has built her life, raised her family, served her community, and enjoyed the outdoor way of life that makes our state so special. Marcia and her family enjoy hunting, fishing, and recreating throughout Wyoming, and she understands the importance of protecting the land, freedoms, and values that make this state home.
As Marcia says, “As a mother of three children, I understand the hopes and challenges facing Wyoming families every day.” For the past 15 years, Marcia has worked as a paralegal in family law, helping individuals and families navigate some of the hardest moments of their lives. Through that work, she has seen firsthand the struggles many families face and the need for stronger local resources, especially when it comes to mental health care. That is one of the reasons she is currently working toward her Master’s degree in mental health counseling.
Marcia is also deeply involved in Republican leadership and community service. She serves as President of the Natrona County Republican Women and as Natrona County State Committeewoman, giving her a strong understanding of the issues, concerns, and values that matter to local families. She has a proven history of stepping up, serving others, and working to strengthen her community.
Marcia believes government works best when it stays close to the people and does not interfere with decisions that belong to families, property owners, local communities, and Wyoming citizens. She is focused on defending parental rights, protecting private property rights, improving access to mental health care, preserving Wyoming’s public lands, and strengthening opportunities for the next generation.
Supporting Marcia means supporting a candidate who listens, understands the challenges families face, and is committed to protecting Wyoming’s way of life.

Women's Mental & Physical Healthcare. Real Impact. 〰️
Wyoming women deserve more than promises made during an election year. They deserve someone who has already been fighting for them.
Women’s mental and physical healthcare has been a priority of mine long before I decided to run for the Wyoming State Senate.
In March 2025, I drafted and presented the attached resolution addressing the urgent need to improve healthcare services for Wyoming women. The resolution passed, and I carried it forward to the Wyoming Republican Women—where it was ultimately denied.
I did not stop advocating.
Then, in October 2025, the State of Wyoming released a memo acknowledging the need for more OB-GYN providers in our state. The problem was real when I raised it, and it remains real today.
Too many Wyoming women are struggling to find the physical and mental healthcare they need. Meanwhile, too many people in leadership positions—including those serving on medical boards, seeking public office, or already holding office—have stood by and allowed this issue to fall off the radar.
Enough is enough.
This is not a campaign talking point I recently adopted. I have dedicated my personal time to this fight, even when there was no title, election, or political benefit attached to it.
Wyoming women need someone in office who will continue pushing for better access to care, more providers, stronger mental health resources, and real accountability—and who will not quietly move on when the issue becomes difficult.
It is work I have already begun—and work I intend to finish.
